We are using various form of contracting like Design Build (D/B), Cost Plus Fixed Fees (CPFF) or negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

Many of our negotiated contracts are with repeat customers. We have developed in-house capabilities, and are able to self perform more than half of our work.
